Surgical Technology – Workshops
Effective January 1, 2009, all newly-appointed program directors are required to submit proof of attendance at an ARC/STSA Accreditation Fundamentals for Educators (AFE) Workshop during their first year of appointment. This workshop will be offered:
- the day preceding the AST Instructor’s Forum
- the day preceding the AST National Conference
- end of July/beginning of August – Denver, CO
The current fee for the AFE workshop is $100, in addition to other workshop fees (IF or IW), and individual transportation, lodging, meals, and related expenses etc.
